Introducing myPayMedix: Our Updated Member Portal

We’re excited to officially share the launch of myPayMedix, our new member portal. This milestone release simplifies healthcare payment management for PayMedix members and enhances the overall experience by providing convenience and flexibility. It also sets the stage for exciting updates coming throughout 2025.

What to Expect 

Beginning April 15, PayMedix members will be automatically redirected from the previous Online Access portal to myPayMedix. Logging in will feel familiar, and current members will use their existing credentials to access their accounts.

With myPayMedix, members can: 

  • Manage their PayMedix account 
  • Access SuperEOBs and view in-network medical claims details 
  • Pay bills and store payment methods 
  • Choose their preferred language: English or Spanish
